Strawberry Banana Raspberry Breakfast Smoothie with Flax Seed

Refreshing, weight-loss breakfast smoothie that can be consumed any time of the year.  It's an appealing way to incorporate fruits, which are fiber-filled.  This means you'll get that naturally sweet taste you crave with the added benefits of fiber, which keep you fuller longer.  This is better for weight loss. We will add a little healthy fat while we're at the addition of flaxseed.

Strawberry Banana Raspberry Breakfast Smoothie with Flax Seed

Equipment

    • Magic Bullet Kitchen Express

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 5 strawberries
  • A handful or 4oz of Raspberries
  • Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsp of Flax Seed
  • 4 Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Add Ice to the blender cup first, then the fruits, and last top off with almond milk and the flax seeds.
  • Close the blender cup lid and pulse till well blended.
  • Serve 4oz.
