Queen of Tacos

In the mood for tasty, nutritious meals that are shareable and affordable.  Want to discover great food in Norwood, Bronx?  Part of living in the historic district of the Bronx, I learned the Bronx has a lot to offer including Michelin Star restaurants, rich history, safety, and good grub.  Check out this place on your way passing through.  

Queen of Tacos

At this restaurant, the best foods to try are regional dishes like Beria Tacos.  Beria tacos are tacos prepared with tenderized, fall of the bone goat in a rich red sauce with a great depth of flavor.  The tacos are topped with everything if you want them.  Everything includes tomatoes, lettuce, onions, cilantro, sour cream, and cheese. Chicken Tinga Quesadilla with Homemade Corn Tacos, Guacamole with Jalapenos, and Mexican Coke are must-haves at this place.

Some of the pictures in the restaurant have historical Mexican leaders that contributed greatly to Mexican history, which is a beautiful thing.   That is one part of the restaurant I really liked.  However, because it's a local dive it is often small and very crowded.  If you want better seating or experience, order takeout from this place, especially during the colder months.  Some of the seating is outside. They deliver with Uber Eats.  You will not be disappointed!
