Refreshing, weight-loss breakfast smoothie that can be consumed any time of the year.  It’s an appealing way to incorporate fruits, which are fiber-filled.  This means you’ll get that naturally sweet taste you crave with the added benefits of fiber, which keep you fuller longer.  This is better for weight loss. 

Fig, Nut, & Banana Smoothie

Equipment

    • Magic Bullet Kitchen Express

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • Dried mission figs or any type of figs
  • .25 cup of walnuts
  • .25 cup of pistachios
  • Almond Milk
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Vanilla extract
  • 4 Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Add Ice to the blender cup first, then the fruits, nuts, and flavorings, and last top off with almond milk.
  • Close the blender cup lid and pulse till well blended.
  • Serve 4oz.
